These terms describe the intended use of Goblin Inventory Manager and important responsibilities and limitations that apply when using the application.
Intended use
Goblin Inventory Manager is a general-purpose organizational tool intended to help individuals and small businesses record and manage inventory information. It is not accounting, tax, legal, financial, safety, regulatory compliance, or professional inventory-control advice.
User responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of inventory records, stock quantities, labels, reports, exports, and restored data before relying on them. You are also responsible for maintaining appropriate independent backups and protecting exported files.
No guaranteed availability or accuracy
Although AlpSoft LLC aims to provide a useful and reliable application, the software may contain errors, interruptions, compatibility issues, or data-handling limitations. The app should not be your only record for business-critical, safety-critical, legally required, or irreplaceable information.
Provided as is
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Goblin Inventory Manager is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, availability, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AlpSoft LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, inventory, profits, revenue, business opportunities, or goodwill arising from or related to use of, inability to use, backup of, restoration of, or reliance on the app.
Applicable rights
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, these provisions apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law and do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
Acceptance and updates
By using the app, you acknowledge these terms. These terms may be updated as the app evolves. The latest version and effective date will be available through the app and the official Goblin Inventory Manager website.
